Vietjet Increases Flights To Australia

Vietjet will increase the frequency of direct flights to and from Australia from 20 to 34 flights per week from December 2023.

Vietjet will increase the frequency of direct flights to and from Australia from 20 to 34 flights per week from December 2023.

This includes daily return flights for the Ho Chi Minh City – Melbourne and Ho Chi Minh City – Sydney routes, while the Ho Chi Minh City – Brisbane route will increase to 3 return flights per week.  

From December 1, 2023, Vietjet will fly daily from Ho Chi Minh City to Melbourne with 7 return flights per week and from December 5, 2023, Vietjet will fly daily from Ho Chi Minh City to Sydney with 7 return flights per week.

From December 6, 2023, Vietjet will fly from Ho Chi Minh City to Brisbane with 3 return flights per week.

Vietjet is also offering a range of promotions to support the flights.  

Till July 15, 2023, passengers can also receive up to 50 per cent discount on SkyBoss fares using the SKYBOSSPROMO50 code and Business class fares using the BUSINESSPROMO50 code when booking at www.vietjetair.com or the Vietjet Air mobile app.

This code applies to Vietjet’s entire flight network throughout Vietnam and internationally including India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan and other Southeast Asian destinations. The travel period is from 1 August to 30 November 2023. 

Till December 31, 2023, passengers can book one-way tickets as low as US$0.00 (excluding taxes and fees) on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays when booking tickets at www.vietjetair.com or the Vietjet Air mobile app, applicable for all Vietjet’s international routes. The travel period is from August 10, 2023, to March 31, 2024. (excluding public holidays). 

Additionally, international flights booked with Vietjet include a Sky Care travel insurance package, which covers medical expenses incurred due to accidents or illnesses (including Covid-19), flight-related problems (including flight delay, baggage delay, baggage loss or damage, lost travel documents), and global travel and medical support services 24/7.
