Frontier and Spirit to create ultra-low-fare giant

Spirit Airlines and Frontier Group Holdings, the parent company of Frontier Airlines have announced a definitive merger agreement under which the companies will combine, creating America’s largest ultra-low fare airline. • By 2026 Spirit and Frontier expect to add 10,000 direct jobs and thousands of additional jobs at the companies’ business partners.
