Virgin Atlantic is a long-haul carrier with a distinctive service culture and excellent premium cabins. The Retreat Suite on the Airbus A350 and A330neo is among the better business products out of Europe. The fleet is now almost entirely new-generation following the retirement of the Boeing 747s and Airbus A340s, which keeps the experience consistent. Economy seat pitch is standard for long-haul, and Economy Delight adds extra legroom and priority boarding. A few older A330-300s remain and are a step behind the rest of the fleet.
