Pobeda is the Aeroflot ultra low-cost arm, flying a single-type Boeing 737 fleet at very low fares. Seat pitch is tight, seats do not recline and everything is charged. Aircraft are relatively modern but sanctions have stopped further renewal, so cabin condition will decline over time.
