LATAM is the largest airline group in South America and travellers voted it the best airline in South and Central America in the 2026 Airline Ratings Flyers' Choice Awards. A competent flat-bed business cabin and well-maintained cabins are available on the Boeing 787 and 777, and a widebody cabin refit programme is underway. LATAM was also runner-up for World's Best Domestic Airline Service. The domestic and regional Airbus A320 product is heavily unbundled, with tight seat pitch and no seatback screens, so the two experiences differ considerably.
