Cayman Airways is the Cayman Islands' national carrier, flying Boeing 737 MAX aircraft to the United States and within the Caribbean, with Twin Otters to Little Cayman. Cabins are clean, staff are friendly and a small first class cabin is offered. Entertainment is limited and there is no flat-bed cabin. The Twin Otter island services are far more basic.
