Azul reaches more Brazilian cities than any competitor from its Campinas hub, with long-haul routes to the United States and Europe. Seatback entertainment is fitted to much of the fleet, with complimentary snacks and generous seat pitch. A flat-bed business cabin is available on the Airbus A330neo used on international routes. The large Embraer E195-E2 fleet is the aircraft most passengers will meet and is genuinely comfortable, while the older E195s and Airbus A320s are plainer. Domestic fares are unbundled, so bags and seat selection are charged.
