AJet charged us 5,607.70 TRY again for baggage on VF-583 (booking 4LU4CH, ticket 2042462953930) despite prepaid XBAG 20KG x3 and cabin-bag allowance. At boarding we had to pay or risk missing the flight. AJet later gave no weight/tariff calculation.

DIE SCHLIMMSTE AIRLINE DER WELT! Nie wieder buche ich hier! Das Personal sah uns zum Gate rennen. Der Bus stand noch da, trotzdem wurden vor unseren Augen die Türen geschlossen und wir nicht mehr reingelassen. Absolut unverschämt!

i definitely liked ajet more than pegasus but no food for 4 hours was insane. we bought food from the airport and paid more than 100€. i would’ve paid less if i bought tickets from an airline that has food included in their flights.
