Economy class
Departure 13 Sep 2026
From Dubai International Airport, Dubai to Naples International Airport, Naples

Disappointing customer service from flydubai. I accept I arrived 3 minutes after gate closure, but my request to verify the exact timing via records/CCTV was not investigated. The response simply quoted policy, without addressing the staff’s conduct.
