flight for 20 hours turned into 38.5 hours. don't lose money time and energy. United tells you, you will be reimbursed for lost baggage and hotel, but no even when waiting from 11:55 until 1600 next day. Please see uploaded images. Way worse than I can describe in 280 characters.
