AirBaltic is horrible. Both flights were heavily delayed. Paid €400 for basic economy, but service felt ultra-low-cost. A 3h delay only got us an insulting 5 CHF voucher. They charged for water on board, and rude staff took 35 mins to bring paid food. Total rip-off!
