Azul Airlines has no responsibility whatsoever towards its customers. They canceled my flight twice and did not have the audacity to notify me at any time. If I had not called them, I would have gone to the airport in vain. I do not recommend them to anyone else, not to mention that their tickets are one of the most expensive in Brazil at the moment. I am deeply disappointed with them.
