For what is essentially a budget airline, this trip was easy and enjoyable on an A320 aircraft. One down-side was the very long walk out to the Aer-Lingus departure area, but you can't really blame the airline for the travesty that is Heathrow Airport. Once on-board, the staff were pleasant and the flight was smooth.
