I had a terrible experience with Norwegian Airlines in Barcelona where we arrived on time for our flight in Barcelona but had a motorcyclist run into us causing an injury. We explained our situation to the agent who informed us they would rebook us. We also spoke to the agency who sold us the ticket AND Norwegian Airlines customer service who both told us to talk to the agent at the airport to rebook the flight. As instructed at the airport, we waited for a supervisor to help us rebook our flight. The supervisor came after the flight had taken off and this caused us to lose the ticket. Norwegian Airlines then claimed they would not rebook the ticket because it was now closed and essentially "lost". They caused us to lose the ticket telling us they would rebook the ticket, then having us wait, and then telling us they could no longer help us. VERY unfortunate and NOT acceptable at all.
