Oslo - Barcelona return trip. Passenger check in lines (5) in Barcelona were randomly closed. People had to move to a new line, which closed and people had to move again. Unfriendly representatives for the airline, did not answer questions. Check in took 1,5 hours. Late departure and fuming passengers. Never again, was the average comment - and I know this to be true for several passengers, including myself. Trip down (Oslo-Barcelona) was OK.
