Its terrible to fly with Malindo. We booked tickets considering the low price but with the price comes the low quality and customer service. The staff only provides a 500ml water bottle and 2 biscuits; you have to pay if you need more water. Moreover the flight is prone to delays and cancellations. We kept a difference of 7 hrs between our landing and next flight still missed it cos Malindo cancelled the flight and staff tells us there's an earthquake while there's nothing happened also all other flights were operating at the same time. Would rate them 2 on customer service and 0 on attitude.
