Frontier Airlines review by Stephanie 2017-05-04

I am not sure why Frontier has such an unfavorable reputation. I think past passengers are complaining about the wrong things. Frontier was able to get me to and from without dragging a customer down the aisle, I was able to use the bathroom freely and the customer service was great. I admit the fees for everything were a bit much HOWEVER, my trip was considerably cheaper than the competitors. If you are ok with packing some snacks in your bag and sitting in the exit row, which has considerable more leg room and seat reclined, then you will be just fine. I had no real issues with this airline and will fly again in July.
