Frontier Airlines review by Rebecca 2015-10-15

This was first and very last time flying with Frontier. Horrible customer service and they charge you for your carry on bag. This airline needs to go out of business ASAP and stop ripping people off. EDITORS COMMENT: It states very clearly that carry on baggage comes at a cost on their website during the booking process. It's not common to charge for this but this is an ultra low cost carrier so they charge for everything to enable low cost fares.
