Norwegian review by Billy 2016-11-12

Norwegian Air.... Where do i start? i booked a flight to London to walk a full Marathon to raise money, i got to the airport in Berlin and was told the flight was cancelled, i had no confirmation of this and was given a piece of paper the size of a business photo copied and cut by hand from an A4 copy paper. wow. There was nobody from Norwegian Air, just a help desk from the airport which consist of one person with absolute no information about my flight, was just given this little piece of paper and told to contact them...... I wrote to Norwegian Air over 5 weeks ago for compensation and they still have not replied. i will not be flying with this airline again nor will i be flying with Eurowings because they took me to Hamburg instead of London 1 week after the Norwegian Air incident and they also have not replied to my compensation email.
