Never use Frontier to travel They bumped our flight, the reason they bumped us to a later flight was because once they changed the flight time to 40 minutes, we had to be sent to the next flight out. With the exception that it was the same plane and we never had to leave the plane. I called to correct it when I was notified that the flight was not going to make it and after 4 hours, they deleted my reservations. It took me forever to get it fixed and then they tried to charge me again. Then on the way back, the delayed our flight 3 days because the Denver airport was delayed 3 hours one day and because it affected all their flights they couldn't commit to getting us back home for 3 days. Then they said we would get a refund if we had to book at another airlines and promised me $510 refund only to find out that they only gave me $185. They have no integrity, no good organization, and they don't even understand their routes. Terrible experience and it ended up where I had to buy extra tickets and pay for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!
