Delta Air Lines review by Richard 2015-01-08

767-400 Flight DL12 Minneapolis to London Heathrow. No welcome from flight crew, no assistance to find carry-on bag space when requested. The crew were aloof, distracted and impersonal throughout. Headphones were handed out for part of the starboard side until the stewardess got distracted and abandoned the job. My call light was on for FOUR hours before the crew noticed, by which time the issue was resolved anyway. The "breakfast" was thrust at the passengers then hurriedly cleared away 10 minutes later while some were still eating. Seat uncomfortable and "entertainment" touchscreen inoperable at the edges therefore rendered almost useless.
