Long waiting on the phone to talk to a representative, after 1 hour wait, they could not offer a simple solution to take my picture frame; literally said it's all luck if you take it there, they might not have a space on the cabin. I fly with Air Canada at least 10-12 times a year across Canada as a student, but they lost a customer. They really need to increase their standard of customer relations.
