Summer 2015 my daughter and I decide to flight Easyjet in our trip around Europe.I take 4 flighst, from London to Rome, from Rome to Geneva, from Geneva to Venice and from Barcelona to Paris, and here is my experience: -worthed for the budget traveler, like us. -is true they charge for everything, but making the math, was still cheaper than other airlines. -customer service was ok. -zero food, but remember most of this flights are very short, so just eat something before you jump in the flight, or bring food with you (like we did) -just BEWARE you will not get your gate # until you pretty much need to run to catch your flight sometimes, so be careful and check the screen all the time, to not miss your plane (couple of times we have to run from one side of the airport in Gatwick to the other one), so keep this in mind. Even with the running, stress and even change of gates at last minute, we will flight again in Easyjet. EDITORS COMMENT: A great balanced review thank you
