Flew Stockholm to Toronto via Reykjavik, return. Shocked that a national carrier does not provide food on board. Only got water and orange juice. Screens were old, tried to sleep. Seats not great, did not sleep well. Hence was hungry, tired and not amused. Bag damaged. Nightmare to get a refund (I have not succeeded yet). Their email system is always down. If you don't get an automated reply via email, try bugging them by phone or FB, your email got sucked into a black hole. Person on FB replied the first time to my queries but did not after that. Hopeless service. Never flying with Icelandair again.
