PATTYS COMMENTS ARE MY EXACTLY SAME AS MINE EXCEPT I PAID FOR BIZ CLASS ON 777 AND THEY SWITCHED ME TO THAT AWFUL 300 PLANE, RIP OFF, I'VE BEEN FLYING WITH PAL 4 YEARS AND IM DONE, THEY DONT GET IT, ESPECIALLY WITH CONSTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS WHEN TRYING TO SLEEP AND THAT LIGHT ON ALL NIGHT!!! BAD BAD BAD, BTW YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, ALL LIES!!!.Extremely uncomfortable trip. Did a RT Manila to Tokyo with the Tokyo-Manila on a redeye flight at 130AM. Business class seats barely recline and do not have footrests. One tiny bathroom for the entire business and premium economy sections. No IFE. While they give you tiny iPads there is nowhere to comfortably put these iPads. On the redeye flight cabin lights were only turned off 2 and a half hours into the flight. Crew explained there was only one light switch for the whole plane and they couldn't turn off lights in business class as they were still selling duty free items in the back of the plane!
