Aer Lingus review by Alex 2015-01-16

I flew Aer Lingus A320 from Dublin to Rome and it was one of the worst flying experiences of my life. The seats were dangerously cramped. I honestly feared for my safety because if I needed to get out in a hurry, I physically would not have been able to. It was one of the most miserable 3 hours of my life. Above that, our return flight was delayed over an hour and not a single announcement was made in the time. The only reason we knew we were finally boarding was because we saw people heading to the gate. When we got on the plane the captain said he wasn't sure what the hold up was either! Furthermore, our connecting flight was canceled and they never notified me. And when I tried to change my flight because the cancellation, they said they couldn't do it! Truly a horrible experience all around.
