Service and comfort were appropriate for business class. Seats not fully flat on recline which makes sleeping not as comfortable as with full recline, but still enabled reasonable rest on the long haul night flight from Bangkok to Paris. Food and beverage perfectly adequate for business class. In-flight entertainment was good. Service perfectly adequate. Business class lounges in Bangkok tired, tatty and not up to standard.
