Air Canada review by Brent 2014-01-10

Dash 8 aircraft from Sault Ste Marie to Toronto. On two occasions flights were cancelled with unacceptable excuses. Once for weather and I check weather at both ends and it was very acceptable for both VFR and IFR flights. Another excuse was for maintenance. No one worked on the plane. Both times the flights were far from capacity with passengers and two flights were combined to fill the plane and make the flight profitable. I am a commercial pilot and better informed than most passengers.
