Worst baggage policy ever for international flight. Our baggage allowance was 23Kgs + 7Kgs (Carry on) and our main bag was only 14Kgs and second bag 8Kgs ( NO Carry on baggage) . As per check-in staff only one piece was allowed, even if the weigh was way less than the allowed limit. I will need to speak to his supervisor to make an exception to check-in both. I was made to wait while he waited for the supervisor and after a while walked me to the Supervisor ( the staff did not bother much about our situation) . The Supervisor arrives and was sticking to the company's fine prints ( Terms & Conditoin) which always covers their back. Even after explained the situation that I need wheel chair assistance and cannot carry weigh hence the 2 bags need to be checkd-in, but still he kept on insisting about the fine prints. He was very unfriendly and was in a defencive mode, than trying to understand his customers situation and help or at least empathise.
