Worst airline possible. Rude and unprofessional ground staff. Was delayed both to and return flights and staff don't even know how Long it would be delayed! Initial 1 hour delay became an eventual 4hour delay and caused me to miss the next connecting flight (which was the last flight out of Jakarta) and left me stranded at the airport... Never again for this airline.
