Norwegian review by Alisa 2015-11-10

There was a last minute switch in the aircraft and instead of Norwegian Dreamliner, I was put on board of a plane that still had ashtrays in the arm rests!!! (1980s?) The entire plane had 2 TV's and we were shown Charlie Chaplin in black in white with no sound. I mean, really? It was an 8 hour flight and I was almost sure that old piece of **** would break half way through. To say the least, it was by far the worst flight experience of my life. Needless to say, I will not be flying Norwegian Airlines again. EDITORS COMMENT: Absolutely hate when this happens! I think passengers shoudl be offered the option to change flight as those old planes - and i know the one you mean- are awful! Thankfully it rarely ever happens but when it does its not good.
