Malaysia Airlines review by Ashley 2014-09-18

Flew business class Melbourne/Kuala Lumpur/Amsterdam MH148/MH16 6 Sept 2014. B777 both flights. Seats awful are hard and cramped. Service was ok...just..and food average. Have travelled 50 or more times business or first but MH getting worse and will never waste my (our, always 2) money or time again on MH. Also left my reading glasses on seat (2J) disembarking at KL. MH cabin and ground staff were lazy and unhelpful. Was fobbed off 7 times with no result. MH is a rubbish airline. I have cancelled 11 people off future MH business & first travel in the future. You would have thought with two tragedies MH would bend over to support its premium long term customers but no, the opposite. It's our pleasure never to travel with MH ever again. 4 of us are travelling in Oct to KL and flying Air Asia as I'm hearing many wonderful reports about them. Wish I'd done this sooner.
