Lion Air review by Jeff 2013-12-31

We used Wings Air (owned by Lion Air) to fly from Denpasar (Bali) to Labuan Bajo. The plane was an ATR72 I think and was really new and comfortable! Everything was basic but at least all staff was speaking English. The first flight was really shaky because of the weather but we landed safely. No problem on the return flight. Do not try to call the local offices from local airports (all Indonesians will try to contact those first) but call directly the call center. Some staff speak really good English and we didn't have any issue changing our plane tickets over the phone. It was really quick and efficient! Thank you Lion Air!
