LGW to DUB. Old cramped ex-Iberia A319/A320 with horribly unconfortable 'recaro' seats and no legroom. Grumpy cabin crew. Plane went technical before take off. Rebooking was a joke. One staff member at the ticket counter at LGW. Took hours. Overnighted at Sofitel LGW courtesy of Aer Lingus - nice hotel. Flight next day was equally chaotic and was 1 hour late leaving. No explanation or apology.
