My flight was delayed 27 hours from London to New York. They did not put us in hotel so we slept on the airport floor. Elderly people and babies had to sleep on the floor of an airport. People had a hard time getting to their baggage as well. It was horrible. They kept delaying and canceling due to "technical issues" which were completely in their control of they had done preventative maintenance on the air craft as every other airline does. Because they said this issue was out of their control, we all missed our connecting flights, busses, an extra day of work, and more, and we did not see a dime of a refund. In the end, they put us on an old dated plane through "hi fly air bus" .....it was definitely an old plane. The seats didn't even move back or recline at all. I will never fly Norwegian again. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I also have not heard of anyone having a flight through them that has not been delayed.
