On the 7th of July I took the flight: OD155 from KUL to PER. This flight was almost full and one of the lavatories was not working and therefore inaccessible by customers. Whilst this may not have been a problem on flight with less people, since this is a holiday season for Malaysia and school holidays in Perth, this flight was very full. Much to the dismay of the passengers including myself, the wait to use the one remaining lavatory was very long. My seat was the third row from the back and therefore there was almost always someone standing in the aisle next to me, not to mention having people walk past the line of people, causing discomfort and disruption to my experience. The inflight entertainment was also not working. According to the crew the entertainment was meant to work 30 minutes into the flight. However it continued not to work for the whole 5 and 1/2 hour flight. This is one of Malindo's main advantages over competitors, but it didn't work. In addition my flight into Malaysia was delayed by almost an hour, which seems to be a very common occurrence for this company.
