this was the worst travel experience of my life. the seats were extremely small and uncomfortable. the service was not good and there is no entertainment unless you know ahead of time that you need an app. also the attendant call button is on the arm rest so people accidentally hit it every 30 seconds and it makes a loud ding. i hate united!
