Economy Class

Worst customer service ever!!! Arrived at bag drop off 55 minutes ahead of flight with 2 people in front of me. After the ONE person working the bag drop compared to four working the check in, I did not make the 45 minute window (by 2 minutes). The ONE person working had to leave his post for about 5 minutes with no one taking his place. Would have been faster going through the check in line. Now I get bumped to later flight, missing a meeting and after asking for a supervisor, they couldn't find one. Another employee comes over with the comment "at least we didn't charge you to change your flight"!! For someone who flies on a regular basis I will never again fly Frontier.
