we were in business class - a name only designation since the seats are economy seats with the middle seat lowered ("for your comfort"). There was no coffee on board, very little alcohol, no snacks, no meal. They were supposed to serve a hot dinner on the 5 hour flight, but the meals had not been loaded. The snacks hadn't been loaded either. There wasn't even coffee. There was no excuse, considering the plane had been in amsterdam the entire day. So no excuse for not restocking it. The cabin crew was very apologetic and suggested several times that passengers write,/email/call to complain. As a 2 million mile flyer, i have never experienced a business flight so lacking in everything as this one was. Shame on you KLM.
