We took SQ856 to Hong Kong on 13.04.2017 and return via SQ 871 on 16.04.2017. On board of SQ 856, the cutleries dropped on my husband while the flight attendant was collecting the tray from the passenger behind his seat. The breakfast served was not fantastic. While returning on SQ 871, the roll bun was not served with the dinner and the dinner served was not as good as before. The trays were not collected timely. On both flights, the flight attendances were not very professional. They took orders but did not return. Some of the passengers were seen struggling to put their handheld luggages at the top hang cabin. The inflight programmes were limited.
