I have recently flown Air Canada Brisbane/Vancouver/Brisbane on their direct service. The only positive thing I could say about the trip is that destinations were reached safely. Over many years I have flown with lots of the major carriers but at no time have felt the need to express my disappointment with any of them the way I need to with Air Canada. We flew on their Dreamliner aircraft not expecting to be so cramped up that you could hardly move. The seats are very close together and are smaller than most economy seats. Apart from meal service, the inflight service consisted of a cabin attendant walking through the cabin holding in one hand a plastic bottle of water and in the other a supply of plastic cups. The fold down tray tables are barely big enough to hold your food tray and certainly leave no room for your drink. To sum up, if I were given free tickets to fly Air Canada again, I would not use them. They are without doubt, the worst airline I have ever flown.
