Air Canada review by Abdoul Karim 2016-05-16

The worst experience I have ever had and I travel quite often for work. I booked an international flight with Air Canada and upon issuing my booking number, I noticed they only had the first letter of first name. I immediately notified them and the agent told me that I can update my info within three days of my trip free of charge. My flight is in three days and when I called them, they aren't willing to make the change. Instead they are telling me that I will have to pay $150 for the name change and $568 for the ticket difference. This is utterly and completely unacceptable and I will sue them if needed.
