United charges our credit card a week after we get home from our trip. When I call to inquire about the charge, they are unable to tell me and won't refund the charge. Tried blaming travel agency then said I had to call back and speak to another department. Not impressed with United Airlines. If you are going to charge my credit card, it should be mandatory that you can tell me why.
