Economy Class

After writing in to complain about the facts: The flight had changed providers 3 days before to WAMOS air so was no longer the Dreamliner we booked with them specifically for, offering a full refund for cancelling but this was not enough time to rearrange any holiday plans and accommodation There was limited aka no in-flight entertainment The safety announcement was inaudible There was no vegetarian option A vomiting passenger All of our part could have saved time and money travelling from our local airport for better service than we ended up with at Norwegian Their response was in summary, we got you from A to B that's all we needed to do. Horrendous customer service! I will not be using them again. EDITORS COMMENT: That would have been such a disappointment but the alternative was that they cancelled the flight completeley - that would have been worse right? Also there is no in flight entertainment unless you are in premium class on the Dreamliner and any special meal requirements need to be lodged at the time of booking - this is a low cost airline thy don't have a lot of options and it is whay your ticket was half the price.
