United Airlines review by Christopher 2015-11-14

I usually don't complain but... I'm a big guy, 6'5", 250 pounds. I was on a United flight out of Tampa, FL to Houston, TX. That's a solid 2 hour flight. The plane was nowhere near full. The row in front of mine was the exit row. There were 5 empty seats out of 6. I asked the flight attendant if I could move up and she said "no, not unless you want to pay more. Those seats are more expensive." I could understand this rationale if there were other customers sitting up there that I might have been crowding but there was one whole side that had zero people sitting in it. In my opinion, that's ridiculous.
