My experience with the Air India from Sydney to Delhi was good, still Air India have to go long way to go to achive top spot. particularly, Cabin Crew are good in their services but there is still something missing. it seems like they are not that comfirtalbe smiling with passengers, they have to learn smile with whole face, not only with lips. i felt Air India is really trying to make their presence on world stage. I wish all the best. i will give 7 star out of 10.
