Air India review by Susan 2016-03-30

February 2016 I traveled LHR to Mumbai, then Mumbai to Kolkata. It was great! The seats were much more comfortable than British Air, with wider seats and more leg room in Economy. Cabin was clean and well designed; the overhead bins pivot up to make the cabin feel very spacious. Attendants were polite, friendly, and helpful. Meals were good. On the LHR to Mumbai flight, the tray table was a very nice design that folded in half, so you could set down a drink, but not it take up so much space. I wish I'd been able to fly Air India the whole way.
