JetBlue Airways review by Lorna 2016-10-16

On October 16 2016 I travel on JetBlue flight number 559 from JFK to Norman Manley Airport 559 New York to Kingston TERMNINAL 5 IN NEW YORK. When I get to Jamaica Norman Manley Airport I wasn't able to find my bag when I did my bag was what rip apart my zipper was cup and the pockets on the bag was turn inside out. The agencies at the immigration was number 12 at the immigration station. When I get to the agent the man cut the tag off the bag in front of me and ask me if I have any phone any laptop or ipad and if i do what the brand of the phone and he was a flirting with me. This bag is my pocket book and when I receive the bag my bag was tampered with and torn up. When I ask where can I go to make a complaint ,they was trying to send me to arrival to file a complaint, when I get there they said the person is not there and then they send me to the departure to make a complaint and that person told me the person wasn’t there for me talk to and so I left the airport and I am planning on making another complaint. Then they are going to tell me that they don’t pay for zipper when I ask what's going to happen to my bag
