I ordered from the A la carte menu which they offer and paid extra. They served me their regular bad food and blamed the computer for the mistake. They did nothing to correct the problem and I run into the same issue a month later on my return flight. After sending couple of emails and complaining, KLM/Delta replied, asking me to chose a $25 Gift card. I chose the $25 Starbucks gift card. Never received it. They Lied. They never send me one. I am traveling the same rout in 3 weeks. I paid extra and chose a different Airline.
