Frontier Airlines review by Payton 2016-01-24

Horrible!! Bought a ticket for my little brother in law and he was late getting there due to weather on a bus and missed his flight.. The flight change fee was $100......the Original ticket was only $69!!!!! Completely unreasonable on the phone and unfair rates. No business being done with them ever again! I felt like a kid being punished!! EDITORS COMMENT: Any airline would make you pay for that change fee - its unfair and expensive and has happened to me on low cost flight over here in Europe as well as full service flights in Australia. If your fare is not a flexi fare then any change to it will incur a change fee that is often more than the ticket. Not one airline in the US would have given you any leeway on this i'm afraid.
